• 2 tsp of coconut oil
• 4 tbsp of baking soda
• 10 drops of peppermint or clove oil
• 8 tbsp of water
Method of preparation:
Put the coconut oil, baking soda and water in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir well until the mixture becomes like a paste. Remove it from the heat and add the clove or peppermint oil and keep stirring for a couple of minutes more. Put the paste in a small glass jar and let it cool.
