Turmeric and lemon infused water
• 200 ml warm water
• ½ tsp of turmeric
• ½ lemon
• 1 tsp of honey or agave nectar (optional)
In your favorite mug juice the lemon, add the warm water and turmeric. Whisk well and if desired, add the honey or agave nectar. You need to stir it while drinking because turmeric falls down to the bottom of the mug.
Remember that water should be warm and not boiling to not destroy the healing properties of the ingredients.
